Pre-Owned devices are the best alternative to new devices. We carefully check both the cosmetic and technical condition of the Pre-Owned devices. Based on the results, we divide the devices into different categories and sell the devices with a favourable price/quality ratio.

Quality of Pre-Owned iPhones and iPads

You will find different categories of Pre-Owned devices in our range. These are used devices that are of good quality. Each device is different, so we check the devices thoroughly and separate them into four categories: Like new, Nearly new, Slightly used and Intensely used. We sourced the devices ourselves, so you can be sure of the best quality. We check both the cosmetic and 30 technical condition of every device. You can review the results of our quality control easily and quickly via the QR code on the package.

The private copy levy of € 4.70 is also included in the price. The table below presents the specifications of the different categories.

iPhones: Yes, or replaced with best available quality battery.

iPads: Yes, replaced with an original battery by Apple engineers if necessary.

Quality always comes first for us. We perform stringent quality inspections before our Pre-Owned devices end up in stock. Convinced as we are of the quality of our devices, we always offer a warranty on all our Pre-Owned devices.

Incorrect deliveries can always be returned to us free of charge. We take care of quick processing and credit the purchase costs.

We will always try to repair technical defects. To register devices for repair, you must also indicate the serial number and IMEI number via our RMA Tool. If we cannot repair the device within three business days, we still take care of quick processing and credit the purchase costs.**

Is there transport damage? Have the carrier make a note of the damaged order, take a photo of the damage and always register this within 24 hours through your personal account under returns, to your account manager or at our SupportDesk. We take care of quick processing and credit the purchase costs.

** 2Service recommends making a back-up of the data on the device before returning it, as many models of smartphones and tablets will be restored to factory settings upon arrival. This is important to be able to test the equipment optimally after repair and guarantee its proper operation.
