What are the payment options?

You can pay for the articles you have ordered in various ways. Choose the payment option that best suits you below.

Bank transfer
This allows you to transfer the invoice amount to us from your own bank account. We will send you this information via e-mail. You can use a bank transfer with a minimum order amount of €15.

On credit
Dutch customers can receive direct credit from us to place orders in the web shop. Would you like to increase your credit, do you have questions about your credit or would you like to apply for credit even though you are not located in the Netherlands? Please contact us via [email protected] or your account manager.

iDeal (only available in the Netherlands)
With this payment method, you can pay immediately via your own bank during the order process. You pay in your familiar online payment environment, based on your own bank's specific security measures. If you do online banking, you can use iDeal straight away.

Bancontact Mister Cash (only available in Belgium)
With Bancontact/Mister Cash, you can pay for your online purchase in a reliable, secure and easy way. You make payments in your familiar online payment environment without having to register or install special software.

Credit card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express):
Safely enter your credit card details via our secure SSL procedure and we will process the payment correctly with your credit card organisation.

Maestro debit card
You can transfer money from your bank account to your Maestro (SEPA) debit card. Using the details on your card, you can pay for online purchases in a safe and practical way.

PayPal (1.5% surcharge)
PayPal allows you to pay for all your online purchases using your e-mail address and password. You can also use the PayPal app on your smartphone or tablet.

Direct debit (only available in the Netherlands)
With direct debit, we take care of the payment. After your purchase, we will automatically withdraw the amount from your account. Before you can use direct debit, we need to be authorised.

SOFORT Banking
SOFORT Banking is an easy and popular payment method in Europe. SOFORT Banking is similar to an online transfer but it does involve a delay. You just need to check the details and you then confirm the transfer using your own details and it is sent. The order will be processed once the payment is received. This means that orders remain on hold for 1 or 2 days. Please take this into account when placing your orders.

Giropay (only available in Germany)
With Giropay, you can take care of the payment via your own bank during the order process. Giropay takes you to your own familiar online banking environment where you can complete the payment. Your own bank's specific security measures are applied.

DotPay (only available in Poland)
With Dotpay, you can choose from various Polish banks. You select your bank and enter your details here. You are redirected to a new window where you can easily complete the payment.

Payment after receipt (only in the Netherlands, €2.00 surcharge)
With digital giro collection, you can pay your order retrospectively. MultiSafePay takes care of the entire post-payment process. This means that you receive a digital giro collection form via e-mail to pay for the purchased product(s). You can use payment after receipt with a minimum order amount of €15.

EPS (only available in Austria)
EPS is an environment in which you can pay securely through your own bank. Select your bank and log in with your payment details. You are forwarded to online banking where the details have already been entered. Check the payment and then send it.

Trustly is an online payment service for European customers with which you can make payments quickly, easily and securely. Trustly currently serves more than 3,300 banks in 28 European countries. No registration is needed to use Trustly.

KBC (only available in Belgium)
After registering with KBC Touch, you will be able to access your payment details. You can transfer the invoice amount within your familiar banking environment. After signing, the payment is transferred.

ING Home’Pay (only available in Belgium)
ING Home’Pay can only be used by customers of ING in Belgium. After selecting this payment method, you will be redirected to your ING account. There, you can select the desired account, check the details and confirm the transfer.

Belfius (only available in Belgium)
With the Belgian bank Belfius, you can easily make payments using a QR code. This can be confirmed through a mobile app or via your card reader.
